Each product undergoes two dedicated inspection stages covering both visual and functional verification. Enhanced internal acceptance criteria are applied, while Statistical Process Control (SPC) at critical operations ensures process stability and consistent product quality.

Robust Quality Management: Our quality management framework covers document and record control, internal audits, management reviews, nonconforming output control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), inspection and test control, product traceability, and customer satisfaction and complaint handling.

Comprehensive Reliability Validation: Our in-house reliability laboratory supports salt spray, temperature and humidity cycling, pull-force, vibration, comparative tracking index (CTI), glow-wire, needle-flame, and drop testing. Validation data is systematically analyzed to support design optimization and continuous reliability improvement.
